2020 and 2021 vaulted justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) issues to the forefront of the higher education landscape. This session will help RD professionals play a critical role in contributing to institutional transformation and broadening participation through the research enterprise. Join this session to learn from your colleagues who have been engaged in a Community of Practice to develop a new set of interventions, resources, and tools that enable the Office of Research to be an influential source of JEDI programming.
